Using the service
Use the service only for genuine pharmacy, booking, prescription, and account requests. Keep account details secure, provide accurate information, and do not submit harmful, unlawful, or misleading content.
Clinical information
Website and portal content supports access to pharmacy services and does not replace urgent medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency care. For urgent symptoms use NHS 111, call 999 in an emergency, or contact the pharmacy directly during opening hours.
Bookings and prescriptions
Appointment slots, eligibility, medicines supply, private-service pricing, and clinical suitability are confirmed by the pharmacy team. A submitted request is not a guarantee that a medicine, service, or treatment will be provided.
Payments
Private-service payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. Payment confirmation, refunds, cancellations, and failed payments are managed according to the service booked and pharmacy operational review.
Availability and changes
The digital service may be unavailable during maintenance or technical incidents. Goshen Pharmacy may update website content, services, and these terms to keep the platform accurate, secure, and compliant.
